Durability: Glulam is treated and painted in the factory to resist moisture, pests and fungi, thus ensuring a longer service life than untreated solid timber. In addition, Glulam has excellent fire performance: the laminated structure allows it to maintain its strength and structural integrity for a certain period of time during a fire.

Energy efficient: The glazing is integrated directly into the timber structure, ensuring high thermal insulation and minimising energy loss through the window frames. The walls of the house have a 27 cm thick heating package for optimal thermal insulation.

Modernity and comfort: The exterior walls of the modern fachwerk house are 50% glass, while inside the wooden structure maintains a comfortable humidity and air balance, giving a warm and pleasant living experience.

Sustainability: Wood used in construction is a natural and renewable material. It has a lower carbon footprint than concrete or steel. Wood can be recycled or reused when the building is dismantled, contributing to environmental sustainability.

Adaptable design: The house has an interior design, but can be easily redesigned to suit everyone’s needs. You can choose to buy just the structure, with partial finishes, or full finishes to meet your specific requirements.
